These are premium carvings made from high-quality Jade (New Zealand Pounamu or Greenstone, but sometimes mixed with overseas Jade). With the strength of Jade they last and last.
The pieces often have individual flecks of color within the stone so no two are ever exactly the same. Hold it up to light and you'll see the translucent green shimmer with shadows deep within the stone.
